Challenge
Software as a service business Complis® were frustrated by the lack of visits and leads generated by their new website. In addition they’d created a series of leaflets that contained details for many of their services, many of which didn’t feature on the website. Pilot had a working relationship with MD Lee Eyre that stretched back 10 years and he asked us to review his website and advise how it could be improved. We took this on as a business and content audit. What was immediately apparent was the website portrayed the business as a print management partner, while their literature indicated other services, but nowhere did it explain that Complis was a fully integrated SaaS information management system providing visibility and control of all business processes.

Solution
The audit enabled us to completely overall their website, providing easy to follow features and benefits for all of their services, with information access via three key sectors – procurement, marketing and print management. This then linked to a click through request for more information or a demonstration – all capturing prospective client data. As part of the process we refreshed the creative to be more contemporary, commercial and visually relevant.

Result
At last the website provided complete clarity of all the services Complis® provided and its USP. Its revised content enabled us to create and drive a new social media campaign featuring 20 key business problems with Complis® solutions that explained how each service element had either the features or benefits to solve each problem, directly linking to the website for more information. We managed the whole process from creation to scheduling and monitoring across 3 social channels, including adapts for seasonal periods.
